Class / workshop policy
There is a no refund policy for all class & workshop registrations due to limited space, customization and advance supply preparations. Once your registration has been submitted, materials are purchased and prepared specifically for your project, which many include customized items.
Cancellations & Credits:
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class/workshop, your full reservation fee may be applied as a store credit toward a future event. Any difference in cost between the original and the new class must be paid by the customer.
Cancellations made WITHIN 48 hours of the event, including same day cancellations, will not receive a store credit.
Class Changes & Cancellation by Studio:
Runaway Pooch Studio reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, weather emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, participants will be notified and offered a reschedule or a store credit.
Craft Selection & Availability:
All projects are subject to material availability. While we strive to provide the advertised craft, Runaway Pooch Studio reserves the right to make substitutions or slight modifications to projects or materials if necessary.
Studio Conduct:
We are committed to maintaining a fun, welcoming and respectful environment. Runaway Pooch Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual displaying disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior. No refunds or credits will be issued in these situations.
While we'll be busy creating during the class and the studio does not provide food or beverages, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks (BYOB) and light snacks.
We recommend keeping things simple so that you can fully enjoy the experience. Runaway Pooch Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior (no refunds or credits)
Class / Workshop Dates / Times:
Classes are typically scheduled between Wednesday - Sunday evenings, unless otherwise noted.

By registering for a class or workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
private party policy
party dates / Times:
dates / times can be negotiated dependent on availability
private parties may be hosted at the Runaway Pooch Studio, based on availability, with a maximum capacity of 15 guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. off-site events are available depending on location and project selection.
Deposits:
$50 deposit for 1-15 guests
$75 deposit for 15-30 guests (offsite locations only)
$100 deposit for 40 guests and over (offsite locations only)
deposit is required at the time when the event date is scheduled.
Deposits are nonrefundable if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date. if the event is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the new date/time.
Guest registration & Payment:
Guests will pay individually through a reservation link once its created.
registration closes 48 hours prior to the event to allow time to prepare materials and plan projects.
Deposit Return:
deposits will be refunded on the day of event once all registered participants have completed their bookings.
Host responsibilities:
The party host is responsible for coordinating with guests, sharing event details and ensuring that all participants register within the required timeframe.
the host agrees to help maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Runaway Pooch studio is not responsible for the behavior of guests and reserves the right to refuse service or end an event if necessary
